Located on the Golden Mile in Sea Point, close to the Pavilion Swimming Pool, right on the 2 mile long promenade and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants and all major chain stores.  Also situated on the bus route to the Waterfront, Camps Bay and Hout Bay, it is the ideal position for holiday makers and business travelers alike.
This well equipped studio apartment is stylishly furnished, on the 5th floor in a secure apartment block. From the balcony you have a side view of the Ocean and a full view of Signal Hill.
It comes fully equipped with all linen, towels and everything one needs to serve up a gourmet dinner.  It has its own TV, DSTV, iPod docking station, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The King size bed is slightly hidden away from the lounge/kitchen area, almost giving the impression of a separate room.
Both the bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated with modern fittings.
Cleaning services are not included in the rate, but can be arranged at R200 per day.

WORLD CUP RATES (5 June 2010 - 15 July 2010) : R1,000 per day
