OCEAN VIEW HOUSE - Ocean View dr, Fresnaye - Sleeps 6

A stunning House in the up market area of Fresnaye, with uninterrupted views over Bantry Bay, Sea Point and the Atlantic Ocean. Stylishly furnished; it offers self-catering accommodation for up to 6 persons with quality finishes throughout.

This 5 star luxury house is split into two levels.

On the ground level is the entertainment area, with large open plan kitchen, dining table, lounge and fireplace. Big fold-up glass doors open up to the bright blue swimming pool and large patio. Separately on the same level is a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs is the main bedroom, with a very modern open bathroom and walk-in cupboard. There is a second lounge area and bathroom, which can be turned into a 3rd bedroom.  This level also leads out onto a deck with views of the swimming pool below and ocean.  There is also a separate patio area with a seated area covered with big comfortable cushions.

The kitchen is fully kitted to 5 star standards with Fridge / Freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and gas stove with electric oven.  Between the lounge and kitchen is an 8 seater dining room table.  There is also an outside table for the lazy alfresco lunches or dinners.

Ocean View House is serviced once a week.
